Hello everyone!! well i did promise that i would try to update today. and since i've found e time, i shall. today marks a new day, a new change. some might ask, "What's this great change?" well if u noticed, i've actually changed my blogskin. and i'm moving on.. that's what life is all about, right? time stops for nobody, hence we have to keep on moving..
Though i must admit that i would prefer staying in this dream state of mine, i realise that i'm not going anywhere. and i treasure my time with her, as friends, than losing her completely. the memories will be kept close to my heart, always. guess i took more time than i should have in waking up, only to realise that it's not true.
It's not that i don't love her anymore. the truth is, i still do. but she has her own life to lead.. i'm just glad i got to know her, spent some time together. the Deathnote is nearly coming to an end. maybe i'll miss writing in it, maybe not.. just know that u will always have my heart.
So for the updates... as i was saying, i'm working at Zouk now. i've been working there since 21 July. i've been trying prety hard to get to the tops. i believe that i've succeeded in my goal. i'm permenantly stuck at the "Jacks" table. they're basically all e big-shots with lots of money to spend. fyi, they don't pay by credit card. they pay in cash!! a single bill can go up to $500 sometimes, looking at how they order.
Once i saw this guy taking out a whole stack of $50 notes, to pay for a $760 order. he gave me $800 and asked me to keep the change. amazing la. hmm.. what else? oh, i'm serving the owner of Zouk and his wife. so cool la. last saturday, 01 September, was Adeline's (my ladyboss) birthday. they opened a bottle of Krug champagne, which costs $410. made me drink a glass of it.. i gotta admit it was good. wow!!
And Paul Van Dyk was spinning last saturday too.. fantastic trance music. Zouk was extremely packed. damn slam that night, i could barely walk. but it was good. i'm happy working here, as compared to MoS.. i ENJOY my job. and it's a blessing to be able to do something that i enjoy, while earning money. why not?
I plan to go back to Zouk after my NS, possibly doing Front Office, which is PR (Public Relations). by then i should haved completed my mass comm diploma course. hmm.. oh and my good bro, Jerald, came out of the Boys' Home on home leave. came to find all the bros. FINALLY la. haven't seen him for nearly a year. 23 Sept is his birthday, shall go celebrate with him..
